[Remote] Associate Technical Product Manager, Analytics

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams and end users to reputed company a deep understanding of requirements, reputed company thoughtful solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams throughout execution
• Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities, and ideal end state, and be able to reputed company and reputed company for this perspective

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field
• 2+ years of analytics, product management, or similar technology experience in large healthcare organizations, product development, or SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated background in data, analytics, or reputed company fields
• Experience participating in Agile/Scrum teams or using Agile methodology/concepts in product development (e.g., managing backlogs, sprints, and standups)
• Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as JIRA or Trello to manage enhancement requests and delivery processes
• Experience writing clear specifications, technical documentation, and user stories that translate business needs into execution plans
• Experience evaluating workflows and operational processes, conducting user research, and using data to inform business decision-making
• Experience creating wireframes independently and/or in coordination with designers to visualize solutions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving, prioritization, and building subject matter expertise
• Knowledge of alternative payment models reputed company to primary care such as MSSP ACOs, Pioneer ACOs, commercial insurance shared savings programs, PCMH
• Familiarity with data structures, SQL, or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, reputed company) is a plus, but not required for daily execution
