They are seeking a Healthcare Real Estate Specialist (HRES) to engage in new business development, manage real estate transactions, and conduct market research in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- New business development for healthcare real estate development projects
- Sourcing investment sale opportunities
- Managing real estate sales transactions
- Conducting market research and financial analysis
- Overseeing client account activities and supporting reputed company assignments
Skills
- Experience in commercial real estate and/or real estate development
- Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record
- Ability to manage real estate transactions and client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or reputed company field preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
