Responsibilities
- Serve as D&G’s primary business development reputed company for the U.S. Coast Guard and DHS market

- Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for D&G’s capabilities and solutions

Skills

- Minimum of 7 years of federal business development, capture management, account management, program management, or growth experience
- Minimum of 5 years supporting U.S. Coast Guard, DHS, DoD, or reputed company federal organizations
- Demonstrated experience identifying, qualifying, and capturing federal opportunities
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and competitive procurements
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel in support of customer engagement and business development activities
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 20 years supporting Coast Guard, DHS, DoD, or federal mission support organizations
- Former U.S. Coast Guard officer, senior enlisted leader, civilian leader, acquisition professional, or federal contractor supporting Coast Guard missions
- Existing relationships reputed company Coast Guard Headquarters, Coast Guard Logistics Centers, Coast Guard Systems Acquisition organizations, DHS Components, or reputed company agencies
- Experience supporting logistics, acquisition, readiness, engineering, supply chain management, sustainment, or mission support programs
- Demonstrated success winning opportunities valued at $5M-$50M+
- Experience supporting OASIS+, GSA MAS, DHS contract vehicles, IDIQs, and task order competitions
