[Remote] Vice President Finance

The Vice President of Finance will reputed company the financial vision of the company, overseeing strategy, planning, reporting, and compliance while partnering with executive leadership to optimize financial performance and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to reputed company and execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures
• Own and enhance the organization-wide budgeting and forecasting process
• Incorporate market trends and data to drive more accurate financial planning
• reputed company and monitor long-term financial projections reputed company with business goals
• Deliver actionable financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making
• reputed company industry trends, data analytics, and benchmarks to inform recommendations
• Provide financial input on key business initiatives, including growth strategies

• Act as a strategic partner to department leaders on financial performance
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance against growth and efficiency targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational priorities

• Identify and implement strategies to drive growth and operational excellence
• Provide financial expertise on reputed company, vendor evaluations, and partnerships
• Support business development activities, including capital raises and M&A
• Contribute to evaluating and prioritizing strategic opportunities across the business

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 15+ years' experience in reputed company finance roles supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
• Proven track record of financial leadership in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or a closely reputed company field
• Expertise navigating reputed company regulatory environments and payer-provider relationships
• Working knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with standard accounting practices. CPA certification a plus
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at reputed company levels
• Familiarity with ERP financial and planning systems (reputed company, reputed company, other)
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor high-performing finance teams in a growth-oriented organization
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial insights into business strategy and operational execution
• Experience leading long-range financial planning, capital allocation, and investment analysis
• Track record managing capital structure, cash flow optimization, and cost containment initiatives
