The role of Communications Supervising Associate involves delivering high-quality internal communications that support business priorities across reputed company’s industry groups, working closely with senior team members and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of internal communications across commercial industry groups, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• Draft and edit communications, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletters and presentation materials
• Help translate business priorities into clear, audience-friendly communications
• Coordinate communications plans and calendars, ensuring alignment across teams and priorities
• Manage logistics and execution for key communications initiatives, including internal campaigns, leadership meetings and events
• Partner with team members to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with broader firm priorities
• Maintain and organize communications assets, ensuring materials are easy to access and up to date
• Track deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail
• Contribute reputed company to improve how the team plans, executes and measures communications
