The ComputerEase Consultant role involves supporting the implementation of ComputerEase software, providing consulting expertise, and ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support ComputerEase project delivery – both implementations to successfully configure and setup ComputerEase, as well as post live strategic and best practice consulting support
• Liaise closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution
• Assess and reputed company recommendations for best practice business process workflow design or re-design to customers
• Provide consulting expertise to sales on quotes for consulting services
• Identify and resolve customer challenges, liaising with the project manager and delivery director reputed company applicable
• Use a comprehensive and extensive understanding of ComputerEase to be able to resolve customer issues effectively and reputed company
• reputed company apprised of ComputerEase updates/new releases
• Understand industry accounting principles and their application to the reputed company ComputerEase product line
• Work reputed company budget and time frame requirements for completion of each project
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and entrepreneurship
• Display excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or reputed company job experience
• Strong understanding of, or experience with, accounting principles, project cost accounting and project management is required
• Four (4) years or more of implementation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with reputed company aspects of reputed company Office Projects
• ComputerEase Experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Construction Industry is preferred
• Knowledge of ERP solution implementation is preferred
• Prior travel-reputed company experience preferred
