[Remote] Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our company. The role involves providing leadership for project teams, managing multiple reputed company projects, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to deployment. The candidate will also act as a liaison between clients and project teams, preparing detailed project plans and managing project activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• Manage reputed company aspects of multiple reputed company projects to ensure the overall program is reputed company to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
• Drive path reputed company on projects by acting as liaison between client and reputed company project teams providing clarity, strategy, and direction on business process and functional solutions
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for reputed company phases of the project
• Management of scope, issues, risks, budget and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and facilitate the project team meetings
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team
• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques

Skills

• 8+ years of technology-reputed company project management experience involving software implementation and/or upgrades
• Ability to reputed company large and reputed company projects (multi-year and over $5 Million in services reputed company)
• Intermediate or reputed company experience level in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall
• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to reputed company up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
• Successfully managed project teams with 5-10 resources
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, and reputed company objectives
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio), and reputed company Project
• Adept at conducting research into project-reputed company issues and products
• BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or reputed company field
• PMP Certification not required, but preferred
• 3+ years of technology-reputed company consulting experience in Asset reputed company is advantageous and can strengthen a candidate's competitiveness for the role
