They are seeking a Senior Principal Engineer specializing in AI/ML to define architecture for competitive AI systems, reputed company technology research, and guide the design team in AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define reputed company AI/ML infrastructure platform solutions and reputed company a multi-disciplined team to bring to implementation. Extensive and focused engagement through EVT, phasing out thereafter. Ensure overall design quality metrics are met
• reputed company and maintain reputed company technical relationships with suppliers/partners on product roadmaps and technologies
• reputed company RFQ technical responses and reputed company platform concept development efforts as appropriate
• Provide effective trade-off analysis and competitive guidance to engineering teams and customers
• Deliverables include System Requirements Documents (SRD), requirement compliance assessments, and Technical proposals
• Act as a primary technical reputed company between reputed company and our customers, particularly in technical escalation
• Provide technical support to business development teams to assist in the winning of new business
• Participate in the selection and hiring of design team resources as required
• Identify and Champion process improvement efforts as needed
• Participate in standards committees and industry groups as assigned
• Prepare and present technical presentations to customers, industry groups, tradeshows, etc
• Maintain reputed company on industry trends and future technology and market opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years Server and/or AI/ML accelerator hardware design experience
• Minimum of 5 years of AI Infrastructure system design experience
• Experience with reputed company, AMD, and/or reputed company GPU accelerators and support systems
• Successful experience architecting and delivering server/storage/converged products to market
• Excellent Customer presentation skills. reputed company and interact with large OEM customers on ongoing product reputed company issues and new product design concepts
• A broad knowledge of reputed company digital and analogue components
• Successful New Product Introduction (NPI) launch
• Extensive knowledge of system level power, cooling, mechanical, SW/FW and electrical design integration and engineering trade-offs
• BS in Electrical Engineering required
• Experience working with Asian based design teams is desired
• Systems SW experience in reputed company fields is desired
• Prior participation in industry groups and associations is desired
• System level integration, interoperability and test experience is desired
• System level manufacturing test experience is desired
• MSEE preferred
