They are seeking a Professional Services Staff Consultant to address reputed company observability challenges for customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor and architecting scalable solutions. The role involves leading migrations, aligning technical milestones with business objectives, and mentoring implementation engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Solve: Dive into reputed company customer challenges, architecting scalable, repeatable solutions for integration, telemetry ingestion, and data optimization to help customers maximize their platform value and manage license needs reputed company
• Pioneer reputed company Migrations: reputed company reputed company, net-new migrations from legacy platforms where best practices may not yet exist. Deeply understand the capabilities of incumbent platforms, establish the strategic migration path, and design the optimized Chronosphere reputed company state

Accurately evaluate customer friction points to determine reputed company to escalate issues as feature requests or bugs, versus guiding the customer toward an alternative architectural approach
• Drive Strategic Alignment: Partner with customer observability leadership to align Chronosphere architectures with overarching business objectives, mapping technical milestones directly to business value
• Build & Automate: Identify product and process gaps, build custom automation, and update migration tooling to adopt new, optimized paths
• Innovate Tooling for Efficiency: Systematically identify internal (TenantOps, Engineering) or customer-specific friction points (e.g., reputed company migrations, data optimization) and where needed help with implementation of tooling to reduce those friction points. reputed company additions to existing tooling (for example migration tooling or internal reporting systems) One of the goals of solution architects is to improve the day to day workflow and functionality of the team, a key way we do that here is through automation

Skills

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• 6+ years in a technical consulting or architecture role, with deep expertise in core engineering technologies and a curious, adaptive reputed company to fearlessly tackle clients' most pressing data and observability challenges
• Deep experience navigating modern cloud-native ecosystems (GCP, AWS, Azure) and container management systems (Kubernetes, reputed company reputed company, reputed company) alongside observability standards like PromQL (OpenTelemetry experience is a strong plus)
• Proven ability to guide Enterprise clients through reputed company architectural design, platform onboarding, and optimization strategies, reputed company with the executive reputed company needed to advise and align senior leadership
