[Remote] Operations Data Analyst II (Healthcare Claims Processing)

Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA) is a premier third-party health plan administrator dedicated to providing customized health plans. The Operations Data Analyst II will enhance HMA's Analytics function by implementing automated reports and processes, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for internal stakeholders, and addressing reporting-reputed company queries.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document reporting and analysis requirements from business stakeholders
- Design and reputed company analytics solutions tailored to business needs, leveraging appropriate technologies reputed company with the best internal practices and system architecture

- Conduct quarterly analytics business reviews with department leaders, presenting insights and performance metrics for your assigned specialty area
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5+ years' previous experience with reporting and data analysis using SQL and PowerBI
- Proven success creating and maintaining data visualization tools including PowerBI Expert level skills reputed company reputed company reputed company and the ability to manipulate data with ease
