[Remote] Marketing Events Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SendJim is a company focused on helping home service businesses with hyper-targeted marketing tools. They are seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to manage events, webinars, and reputed company efforts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams to maximize customer engagement and acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own the event calendar, budget, and logistics (booth, travel, shipping, sponsorships)
• Run our A+B = C formula end-to-end to hit a strong cost-per-acquisition at every event and refine the plan as you learn
• Attend SendJim conferences as needed and represent SendJim to prospective clients and partners
• Plan, schedule, and run backend of webinars; drive registration and attendance; run nurture before and after; facilitate Q&A after webinar
• Work with Creative team to repurpose recordings into clips and emails
• Build and work a reputed company list of relevant podcasts and shows; pitch SendJim leaders as guests, book and prep them, and repurpose every appearance with content team
• Run proactive, PR-style reputed company to get SendJim onto stages at conferences and webinars
• Track sign-reputed company, CAC, and ROI by event and channel; report results and recommendations to the marketing team
• Partner with Business Development, Sales, and other Marketing team members to reputed company every event tied to pipeline
• Create and schedule social posts about SendJim events, webinars, and podcast appearances — plus other SendJim news and announcements
• Work with Creative to turn event and webinar moments into shareable social content
• Other special projects as needed

Skills

• Proven ability to run multiple events end-to-end — logistics, budgets, deadlines — without dropping a detail
• You own outcomes from start to finish, so leadership can just show up and present
• Strong written and verbal skills; comfortable representing a brand in person, on webinars, and in reputed company
• Confidence to pitch, book, and prep guests and partners - PR-style hustle to get SendJim noticed
• Ability to streamline communication and capture the customer pulse across departments to drive alignment and reputed company improvement
• You manage calendars, vendors, and moving pieces with meticulous attention to detail
• Quick to learn new tools - webinar platforms, CRM, and event/registration software
• Experience working with the Home Service Industry
• Experience running webinars
• Public Relations experience
• Social media content creation (reputed company, Facebook, Instagram)
• Existing relationships with industry podcasts, events, or media
