[Remote] Senior Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Product Manager for a 100% remote opportunity. This Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for delivering new product features and enhancements, defining functional and non-functional requirements, managing backlog prioritization, and coordinating execution across multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for new product features and enhancements
- Write and manage requirements, user stories, and documentation reputed company JIRA and Confluence
- Partner with product, engineering, design, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to identify dependencies and drive prioritization
- Manage backlog execution and support multiple initiatives across a broader program structure
- Collect and communicate bi-weekly status updates across initiatives and provide visibility to program leadership
- Identify risks, blockers, and open items while driving resolution plans and execution reputed company
- Collaborate throughout the Agile development lifecycle to support successful product delivery and releases
- Bring ownership, organization, and structure to reputed company initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- 6–9+ years of product management experience
- Strong experience writing functional and non-functional requirements in JIRA and Confluence
- Experience working reputed company Agile and scaled product delivery environments
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, architecture, design, data, and business teams
- Experience identifying and resolving risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
- Experience supporting customer-facing or market-facing product releases
- Banking industry experience required
- Experience with backend systems, API's, or integrations
- Experience reputed company the credit card or co-branded card space preferred
- Exposure to data-driven product environments preferred
- Experience working reputed company large enterprise organizations preferred
