[Remote] Product Operations Manager (Software)

As a Product Operations Manager (Software), you will manage end-to-end project management across product, operational, and go-to-market efforts, ensuring cross-functional teams are reputed company and unblocked while building systems and processes for scaling.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service operations end-to-end: escalation reputed company, response quality, tooling, and metrics
• Partner with engineering and product to translate operational needs into clear, well-scoped software tickets
• Work with marketing on campaign operations, launch logistics, and user acquisition workflows
• reputed company with external service partners on onboarding, coordination, and ongoing relationship management
• Build dashboards and track KPIs to surface operational insights to leadership
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners including legal counsel, third-party vendors, marketing, and customer service

Skills

• 2+ years in operations, product management, or program management at a software company (SaaS, D2C, or similar)
