[Remote] Senior Retention Marketing Specialist

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands, driving the execution and evolution of email and SMS marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You will reputed company campaign strategy and performance analysis while collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, and analysts to align with client goals and uncover data-driven opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing day-to-day execution while driving long-term strategic goals
• Create, manage, optimize, and report on email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with client objectives

Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a digital strategist or marketer, either agency or client-reputed company
• Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing; strong knowledge of retention strategies
• Proven ability to reputed company and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and strategy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing long-term client relationships
• Solid understanding of branding, content strategy, and customer lifecycle marketing
• Experience with Klaviyo and reputed company is a plus
