Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical research and site management positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
• reputed company and maintain a robust pipeline of clinical research professionals across a variety of functions and levels
• Recruit for roles including Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Nurses (CRNs), Regulatory Coordinators, Site Managers, Clinical Research Managers, Patient Recruitment Specialists, and other site-based research professionals
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating technical qualifications, therapeutic area expertise, and cultural fit
• Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including reputed company Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, industry associations, and direct reputed company
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinical research professionals and industry stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records reputed company the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM platforms

Skills

• Minimum of three years of recruiting experience reputed company the clinical life sciences space

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
• Experience working with research sites, SMOs, CROs, or sponsor organizations preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
