[Remote] Account Manager II

The role focuses on retaining existing clients by building relationships and serving as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring their needs are met reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Answering product and service questions in a timely and efficient manner. Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries from clients about their accounts. Follow up on pending issues. May also act as liaison between client and reputed company on escalated service issues and problems
- Assist Sales Executives with research and preparation for client presentations by evaluating reputed company product results, identifying fill needs, monitoring competitive options, and analyzing and relaying customer experience. Prepare a recommended list of benefits and carriers to shop for coverage. Coordinate renewals with Producer and/or management and BA. Assistance with RFPs, and reputed company recommendations. Prepare client spreadsheets and presentations
- Client presentations including plan renewals, premium quotes and coordination of annual enrollments per company policy. At times, you may negotiate premiums with carriers
- Delegate items reputed company appropriate to the internal sales and marketing team to ensure reputed company client deliverables are met timely
- Maintain accurate records. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information

Skills

- Strong computer skills including reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company)
- High School Diploma required
- Life & Health License (or must be obtained reputed company 6 months of hire)
- At least 3 years of reputed company experience
