The role involves managing client engagements, leading project workstreams, and mentoring junior consultants while ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clinical reputed company Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and reputed company of project results
• You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success
• This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders
• Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives
• You will reputed company, coach and mentor junior consultants and ensure quality deliverables
• Managing Consultants own client engagements from cultivation to completion
• In this role, you will be accountable for the activities of the project team and support the day-to-day management of the client relationship
• You are expected to effectively reputed company and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets for multiple reputed company projects simultaneously
• Work products are expected to be high-quality and client-ready

Skills

• BA/BS Degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Clinical Administration, or RN Licensure
• HIM or Clinical Documentation Improvement certification through either of the following: reputed company, reputed company, or ACDIS (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, reputed company, CPC, CDIP, CCDS)
• For Senior Consultant, 5 + years of experience in the role of Clinical Documentation Specialist or Inpatient Coding professional
• For Managing Consultant, 5 + years of professional experience in Clinical Documentation and/or Inpatient Coding in the role of Manager, Supervisor, reputed company or equivalent)
• Strong MS-DRG/APR-DRG coding experience
• Strong ICD-10-CM/PCS diagnosis and surgical coding experience
• Strong understanding of coding and diagnosis capture for risk adjustment
• Strong understanding of leading practice CDI key performance indicators, financial impact, and optimized processes
• Ability to clearly convey the value and impact of OP IP CDI executives and hospital leadership
• Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills using reputed company
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the United States up to 50%
• Ability to reputed company and deliver educational presentations to providers and clinicians
• Master's Degree in business or reputed company field
• 2+ years financial analysis experience in a health-reputed company organization
• Experience with diverse range of EMR systems
• Technical EMR expertise of the reputed company cycle management modules (EMR certification[s] and/or build experience highly desired)
• Program design experience
• Documentation program development
