[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Val-Matic Valve & Mfg. Corp. is a family-owned company that has been a leading supplier of reputed company valves in North America since 1966. The Regional Sales Manager will manage sales activities, reputed company strategic sales plans, and maintain relationships with key clients to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to reputed company and control sales program
• Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist reps in promoting sales
• Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product
• Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives
• Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
• Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales reputed company units
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client reputed company expansion
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
• Mentoring: Participates in Company-sponsored training and provides mentoring
• Directly supervises a various number of manufacturing representatives
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Interviewing and training co-workers; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining co-workers; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or
• Five to ten years reputed company experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have valid and reputed company driver's license
• Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time by reputed company and auto
