[Remote] Senior Technical Operations Specialist - Remote

The Senior Technical Operations Specialist will serve as the triage gateway for Dealer Support, focusing on the resolution of technical issues and the implementation of AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Technology team on reputed company configuration, testing, management, Books of Business, Reporting, and Dashboards
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and communications across the Dealer Sales and Service organization
- Triage and resolve reputed company user questions, troubleshoot reporting/dashboard issues, and ensure appropriate technical support is in reputed company
- Apply critical thinking to resolve reputed company problems, document key processes, and facilitate cross-training to mitigate operational risks and eliminate single points of failure
- Identify and implement workflow automations (reputed company, reputed company, Jira, reputed company) to eliminate repetitive manual tasks

Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

- Ability to travel domestically by car, using personal vehicle, for daily travel, and by airplane or car for overnight trips up to 20% of the time
