[Remote] Director, Product Management

They are seeking a Director of Product Management to drive the adoption of their passwordless authentication solutions, requiring expertise in the FIDO Alliance ecosystem and the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for reputed company's Passkey Solution, reputed company to company goals and evolving market opportunities
- Translate knowledge of FIDO2 and passkey standards (WebAuthn, CTAP2) into clear, differentiated product features
- Monitor regulatory environments and AI-driven fraud trends to ensure our solutions anticipate market shifts
- Orchestrate the full product lifecycle, balancing technical excellence with speed to market
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to define pricing and packaging for SaaS and hybrid delivery models
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer lifetime value (CLV), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and reduction in help desk incidents
- Engage with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to build advocacy and validate product direction
- Represent reputed company at industry events, providing expertise on passwordless authentication and digital identity
Skills
- 8+ years of product management experience in authentication, identity and access management (IAM), or cybersecurity products
- Demonstrated expertise in passkeys, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and relying party integrations
- Deep understanding of highly regulated markets (financial services, fintech) and associated compliance frameworks
- Ability to orchestrate cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong analytical reputed company with a data-driven approach to product decisions and scope trade-offs
- Track record of taking reputed company enterprise-grade reputed company products from concept to successful market adoption
- Active participation in FIDO Alliance working groups or reputed company standards bodies
- Proven background shipping cloud-delivered reputed company platforms (SaaS)
