[Remote] EPIC BRIDGES/reputed company SOLUTIONS ANALYST

OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation, seeking to expand its team with an Epic Bridges/reputed company Solutions Analyst. This role involves implementing and maintaining interfaces between various systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with departments to support project implementations and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements, while ensuring clear documentation for usability and future reference
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve reputed company technical issues using critical thinking and advanced technical skills to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams

Skills

• The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare industry or health information technology
• Working knowledge of HL7 standards is required
• Epic Bridges certification is required
• 2-3 years of certified Epic Bridges work experience required
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and documenting skills
• Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
• Must have strong Analytical skills
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and reputed company from a home office environment
• High Speed Internet Service

• Travel may will be required nationally based on business requirements for OCHIN

• Knowledge of Epic Lab, Radiology or Patient Registration workflows is ideal
• Being comfortable with self-directed learning
