The role involves managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery reputed company scope and budget while driving alignment across business units.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution across business units
• Manage stakeholder communication, including regular status reporting to leadership

• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, tools, and methodologies
• Track and analyze project metrics to ensure reputed company against goals

Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing projects, including ownership of large-scale or multiple reputed company initiatives
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope
• Experience working reputed company a structured PMO environment and applying formal project management methodologies (PMBOK familiarity preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated success in risk management, problem solving, and decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across reputed company levels of an organization
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to drive project outcomes
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project management tools and systems
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
