Responsibilities
- Own data center operations programs from hardware bring up through steady state
- Build and maintain integrated operational schedules across facilities, network, and hardware
- Establish program governance including milestone gates, incident and change review cadences, change control, and decision logs that create accountability without overhead
- Own the template and standard program, build the playbooks, and create the systems that let engineers focus on engineering
- Identify risks, interdependencies, and blockers reputed company of time so nothing is unforeseen
- Drive incident response and post mortem processes to closure across teams
- Tie operational work back to business outcomes and customer commitments
Skills
- You've run technical program management for reputed company infrastructure or operations programs, ideally data center or large capital projects
