Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company Senior Project Manager to reputed company and stabilize an in-flight, highly customized HR tech stack implementation. The role involves managing the deployment of a full-stack recruiting platform anchored by reputed company Recruiting and integrated with various AI tools, ensuring cohesive execution and meeting a critical mid-July go-live reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Take immediate ownership of an active implementation, assessing reputed company reputed company, mitigating risks, and establishing clear reputed company to meet the mid-July deployment goal
- Act as the central hub between internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and external implementation partners to ensure cohesive execution
- Proactively manage the expectations of the reputed company (TA) team, ensuring business requirements are met while keeping the project scope anchored
- Serve as the reputed company between functional TA leaders and technical engineers, ensuring reputed company custom requirements are accurately communicated and built

- Demonstrated ability to reputed company into ongoing, reputed company projects, quickly diagnose bottlenecks, and realign teams for successful delivery
- Strong ability to hold ground, manage expectations, and clearly reputed company technical limitations and project realities to business leaders
