[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager to translate customer needs into reputed company user experiences and ensure design decisions align with product goals, working at the intersection of design, product management, and user research.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a well-thought-out and functional product
• Translate into design for development
• Own the design process from concept to execution, translating customer needs into engaging and reputed company interfaces
• reputed company use of the ShadCN design library to put the design elements together
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to conduct research, design, and prototype new user experiences
• reputed company user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and flows
• Create visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation

Skills

• Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a reputed company field
• A strategic approach to design—thinking beyond aesthetics to consider usability, accessibility, and business impact

• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
