- Requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Stakeholder management and business process transformation
- Project planning, risk management, status reporting, and vendor coordination
- Experience with reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher is a plus
- 10+ years of reputed company ERP experience
- 5+ years of reputed company Fusion Cloud Finance & SCM experience
- Multiple full lifecycle reputed company Fusion implementations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Healthcare, or Supply Chain-intensive industries
- Experience with Finance and Supply Chain transformation initiatives
- Exposure to AI-enabled ERP solutions and process automation
