[Remote] Product Manager/Senior Product Manager

They are seeking a versatile Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to spearhead new product initiatives or optimize existing platforms based on market demands.
Responsibilities

- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction, requirements, and success metrics
- Own roadmap and backlog prioritization for a product area or major initiative

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience owning reputed company software, workflow, analytics, or technology initiatives
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing tradeoffs, and delivering software in partnership with engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and comfort influencing without direct authority
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving business or customer needs
- Customer reputed company and a track record of translating user needs into practical, scalable product solutions
- Technical reputed company and ability to collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and implementation teams

- Experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, operations technology, analytics, AI/ML, or workflow automation
- Experience working with data, optimization, forecasting, or analytics-driven products

- Experience working with enterprise customers and customer-facing teams
