[Remote] Project Manager - Site Design

They are seeking a Project Manager for Site Design to reputed company project deliverables and manage reputed company projects across multiple teams, ensuring quality execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks reputed company to manage the financial success of projects and ensure timely completion
- Manages reputed company contract negotiations
- Leads the execution of project plans by assembling and managing project teams, coordinating availability of internal resources, and assigning individual responsibilities ensuring technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives
- Monitors reputed company and measures project performance, ensuring deliverables fall reputed company established scope, schedule, and budget
- Manages change requests, executes risk management techniques, and implements strategies to minimize negative financial impact to the project
- Coordinates detailed reviews of technical work to ensure high-quality work is being performed and the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the project contract are being fulfilled
- Maintains an ongoing positive relationship with clients and focuses on exceptional client service to secure future work
- Documents reputed company project deliverables and maintains comprehensive records including correspondence, design plans, and other project reputed company files
- Mentors staff reputed company the team on project management best practices utilizing reputed company Project Management programs and other project support services resources
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
- 8+ years of experience in site design and development
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
