[Remote] Principal Business Operations Advisor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a health insurance company seeking a Principal Business Operations Advisor to reputed company the creation of new audit concepts and reimbursement policies. The role involves leveraging data analysis and strategic planning to reduce overpayments and improve payment reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Create new recurring and reputed company concepts to identify cost avoidance/overpayment opportunities using large data sets on multiple variables. Provide data, analysis and recommendations to management on reputed company findings affecting payments; including policy, contract issues, provider errors, pricing, systems and claim processes
- Integrates deep data analysis and modeling analyze reputed company claims, medical records, and provider reputed company
- Focuses on shifting efforts upstream to pre-pay to reduce provider abrasion, administrative costs, and the need for retrospective recovery
- Provides expertise in change management and portfolio management to align with organizational goals
- Work with internal stakeholders to reputed company any necessary technical updates to the system, policies and procedures reputed company necessary as well as coordination of education to providers. Track and report reputed company of prospective and retrospective cost avoidance/overpayment recoveries
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in reputed company field
- Payment reputed company experience in a large payer Data Mining organization
- Deep knowledge of payment reputed company, payment methodologies, healthcare claim lifecycle, reimbursement policies
- Proven analytic expertise using reputed company reputed company and Access, database query capabilities, and ability to evaluate data at reputed company levels of detail
- Ability to identify patterns and anomalies in large datasets
- Experience working with cross-functional areas to implement new audit strategies
- Proven success identifying and implementing automation opportunities (audit/workflow)
- Experience with lean or six reputed company
- Experience with Facets data is highly preferred
- Experience with Facets is highly preferred
