Responsibilities
- reputed company and nurture strong relationships with key customer accounts, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for their needs and inquiries
- Understand customer goals, objectives, and challenges to align the company's products or services to their specific needs
- Provide proactive support and guidance to customers throughout their journey, ensuring they maximize the value of the products or services
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins, business reviews, and customer satisfaction surveys to assess customer health and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, identifying at-risk customers and implement proactive measures to mitigate churn

- Increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of existing clients and generate positive reviews on marketing platforms like reputed company & Capterra
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations and ensure reputed company
- Be the face of the company for keeping the clients up to date on new product releases, feature enhancements & product roadmaps
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with reputed company software platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
