This role involves executing full-cycle recruiting processes for technical positions, particularly focusing on NETA-certified professionals and supporting the company's commitment to delivering an unmatched customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of technical, field service, engineering, and corporate positions across the organization
  • Execute recruiting strategies for NETA-certified positions, including Electrical Testing Technicians, Field Service Engineers, reputed company Technicians, and other critical power systems roles
  • reputed company targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly specialized technical talent reputed company the electrical testing and power services industry
  • Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, technical requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Evaluate candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume review, phone screening, and interviews, to assess technical qualifications, certifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and high-demand technical positions

  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting best practices

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical, engineering, skilled trades, electrical services, or industrial field service positions
  • Prior experience recruiting for NETA-certified roles or reputed company the electrical power systems, electrical testing, switchgear, transformer, or field service industries strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with NETA certifications, electrical testing terminology, and critical power industry reputed company sets preferred
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting hard-to-find technical talent in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of recruiting strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent market trends
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring practices

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused reputed company
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
