[Remote] Principal Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive the full lifecycle of reputed company, cross-functional technical programs from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and adherence to established timelines and budgets

- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying them to AI/ML projects
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build reputed company across diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with machine learning/AI technologies is required; experience with LLMs is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field; MBA preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable
- A Master's or Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a reputed company discipline
- Experience from reputed company AI sector, ideally agentic AI
- Strong experience with NLP techniques: LSTMs, CNNs, transformers, topic modelling, supervised NLP

- Python experience focused on machine learning and NLP. Knowledge of other software languages is highly beneficial
