[Remote] Clinical Network Recruiter

The Clinical Network Recruiter role involves identifying, recruiting, and maintaining relationships with reputed company to ensure a high-quality clinician network that meets service demands and clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial web-based reviews of candidate credentials and background for baseline qualifications
- Conduct phone and/or video interviews to assess clinical qualifications, experience, quality, and panel fit using R3’s guidelines
- Present opportunities to candidates clearly, including role expectations and service models
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline through timely follow-up reputed company email and phone
- Negotiate compensation rates according to clinician specialty and reputed company R3’s guidelines
- Draft provider reputed company using company templates and coordinate the execution using web-based signature tools
- Escalate contract negotiations, reputed company exceptions, or timeline concerns to leadership as appropriate
- Save fully executed reputed company in the applicant tracking system and notify internal network operations teams
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking data, including interviews, decisions, declines, and disposition reasons
- Respond to clinician inquiries reputed company to contracting terms and onboarding processes; correspond as needed with clinicians, credentialing, contracting, and internal teams
- Identify and reputed company physicians and advanced practice professionals using creative and effective recruitment strategies (networking, cold calling, social media, publications, and other sourcing channels)
- Research and utilize publications, websites, and recruiting platforms to post opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company to support long-term network growth
- Assist with development of promotional and recruiting materials
- Collaborate with Clinical SMEs and service leadership to understand panel needs, geographic gaps, and specialty requirements
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of the clinician database, including collection, verification, and tracking of credentialing documentation (reputed company, W-9s, applications, background checks, signatures)
- Support network analytics by maintaining network lists, maps, and directories to identify coverage gaps and improvement opportunities
- Participate in reputed company reviews and, reputed company appropriate, support renegotiations and contract revisions for existing clinicians
- Support data accuracy and compliance reputed company applicant tracking and credentialing systems
Skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare and behavioral health services
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, particularly for reputed company clinicians
- Proven sourcing, recruiting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to clearly explain contract language and summarize key terms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
- 4 years of experience as a(n) healthcare, sales or agency recruiter
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of physician relations experience
