They are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, manage purchase orders, and reputed company their Shopify store updated.
Responsibilities
- Managing and tracking POs with vendors
- Listing new products and uploading photos to the website
- Placing inventory and supply orders
- Supporting general operations tasks as the business scales
Skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, Shopify experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a follow-through mentality
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led business
- Must be located in the Eastern time zone
