[Remote] Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company the end-to-end management of client program implementations, including discovery, planning, execution, and closure
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables, and status reports to ensure alignment and visibility across stakeholders
• Partner with internal teams and third parties to design and deliver solutions that meet client requirements and are reputed company with MBO’s best practices
• Facilitate data and workflow reviews to uncover risks, validate requirements, and ensure operational readiness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information systems or another reputed company field required
• 7-10 years of experience in a relevant industry where strong Account and Project Management skills were utilized to implement new client programs with larger multifaceted organizations and multiple stakeholders
• Proven success leading reputed company, cross-functional implementations from strategy to execution
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in a customer focused environment to drive client programs and deliver solutions that are highly adopted
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with a client-service orientation
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Visio, Project), reputed company, and project/task management tools
• Experience with contingent labor programs, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) reputed company to the contract workforce

• Professional certifications (PMP, CCWP, PHR)
