[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iClassPro is the world’s leading class management software company, and they are seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize the value of the software while driving sales, retention, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Proactively sell iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, dance studios, cheer programs, camps, and other youth activity businesses across Australia
- Own the full customer journey for new accounts, from first conversation through onboarding and into long-term success
- reputed company onboarding for the accounts you reputed company, ensuring customers are fully set up, trained, and confident using the platform
- Build trusted relationships with owners and operators, understanding their goals and helping them use iClassPro to reputed company them
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities reputed company appropriate and in the customer’s best interest
- Partner closely with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback, trends, and reputed company for improvement
Skills
- Experience in youth activity industry strongly preferred
- Experience in sales, account management, reputed company, and/or onboarding in a SaaS or service-based environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of organization, follow-through, and ownership over your work
- Comfort managing multiple accounts and priorities at once
