[Remote] Senior Paid Media Manager

We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of reputed company's global paid media program, turning budget into qualified demand across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the playbook. Build and execute the global paid media strategy across search, social, display, ABM, and retargeting — reputed company to MQL, pipeline, and CAC targets
- Allocate the budget. Manage a multi-million dollar annual paid media budget. Set channel mix, forecast performance, and reallocate fast reputed company the data tells you to
- Drive the reputed company. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company/reputed company, Bing, reputed company, YouTube, and programmatic display partners
- Power ABM. Partner with Campaigns and Sales to run 1:1 and 1:few ABM motions targeting our top 500 accounts across CCaaS, UCaaS, and CPaaS segments
- Test relentlessly. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests on creative, audiences, bidding, and reputed company pages. Document wins, share losses, and turn both into the next test
- Measure what matters. Build dashboards in Tableau and reputed company that connect spend to pipeline. Report weekly on CPL, CPMQL, CPO, ROAS, and pipeline efficiency — and tell the story behind the numbers
- Partner across the org. Brief Web Strategy on reputed company page needs, work with Brand on creative, sync with PMM on messaging, and reputed company the SDR/AE teams in the reputed company on what's coming through the funnel
- Manage agencies and vendors. Hold our paid media agency, programmatic partners, and platform reps accountable to performance, transparency, and timelines

Skills
- 7+ years of B2B paid media experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or CCaaS/UCaaS
- Deep hands-on expertise across reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company, and programmatic platforms. You've personally built campaigns — not just briefed them
- A proven track record managing Multi-millions in annual paid media spend with clear pipeline outcomes
- Strong analytical chops. Comfortable in reputed company, Tableau, GA4, and a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred)

- Hands-on use of AI-powered ad platforms (Performance Max, Advantage+, reputed company AI Max)
- Past life in an agency or at a high-growth scale-up
- Built or scaled a partner/channel co-marketing paid program
