Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key global accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, becoming a trusted advisor
- Strategy Development: reputed company and implement strategic account plans to reputed company sales targets and drive reputed company growth, aligning with company objectives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs and expectations
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth, innovation, and competitive advantage
- Negotiation: reputed company contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and proactively addressing any issues
- Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client reputed company the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring timely resolution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a global setting
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at reputed company levels
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Proficiency in CRM software and reputed company Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients globally, up to 25%
- MBA preferred
