Responsibilities

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering leadership
• Experience building and scaling cloud-native software services
• Strong technical depth in cloud technologies, Kubernetes, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architectures
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams
• Demonstrated success delivering reputed company software products from concept through production
• Experience partnering with Product Management to define product strategy, roadmaps, and customer-facing capabilities
• Strong operational leadership experience managing both software development and production support functions
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms and driving cloud transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive leadership skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 8+ years of software engineering leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Proven success building and scaling cloud-native software products and services
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, conversational AI, agentic workflows, or reputed company technologies is highly desirable
• Candidates with experience in healthcare technology environments will stand out, particularly those with experience supporting Electronic Health Records (EHR), reputed company Cycle Management, Reimbursement Platforms, Healthcare Financial Systems, Provider or Payer Technology Solutions, or Clinical or Operational Healthcare Applications
