[Remote] Technical Program Manager

This role involves leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively while driving alignment across reputed company organizational ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- reputed company prioritization and reputed company integrated program plans that align cross-functional teams and technical leadership across large-scale initiatives
- Expertly identify, map, and manage reputed company dependencies by applying deep technical knowledge to surface upstream and reputed company impacts
- Deliver regular, business-ready updates and insights to cross-functional leaders, ensuring full transparency on reputed company, resource needs, and organizational reputed company
- Proactively anticipate and identify emerging risks across reputed company, multi-workstream initiatives, escalating high-impact issues with data-driven insights and clear recommendations

- Own program communication – tailoring updates on goals, status, risks, and decisions for each audience from engineering teams to business and technical leadership

- Drive process innovation across program stakeholders, developing and implementing frameworks for reputed company improvement in team coordination and delivery quality
Skills
- 8+ years of experience managing reputed company, cross-functional technical programs in fast-paced, enterprise-scale technology environments
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing technical and cross-functional leadership to align resources and drive outcomes across large-scale programs
- Ability to facilitate productive conflict and build reputed company to accelerate decision-making and problem resolution
- Experience identifying organizational trends and patterns and incorporating them proactively into program planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders with diverse viewpoints to drive alignment, manage expectations, and maintain transparency across reputed company phases of reputed company initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across matrixed, cross-functional organizations
- Deep understanding of software development practices, cloud-based delivery models, and DevOps and SRE principles reputed company modern engineering ecosystems
