[Remote] Senior Business Consultant - Japanese bilingual

The role involves leading business improvement projects, managing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company project planning, scheduling, task coordination, and reputed company tracking, including proactively identifying delays, dependencies, and risks across multiple projects and workstreams
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather insights into their internal work processes
• Conduct interviews and gather data to assess business needs and identify weaknesses
• Design solutions in collaboration with the HR consulting team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Prepare sales presentations and deliver them to clients and potential clients with the Business Development (reputed company) team
• Assist the reputed company team in negotiating reputed company with clients and potential clients
• Collaborate with the marketing and reputed company team to plan and execute marketing initiatives
• Plan and reputed company new services in response to client needs and market demand
• Ensure compliance with reputed company legal and regulatory requirements to safeguard the company’s operations and reputed company
• Actively support corporate social responsibility initiatives to enhance the company’s public image and community engagement
• Collaborate effectively with internal team members and cross-functional stakeholders by sharing information timely, clarifying roles and expectations, and coordinating next steps

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic knowledge and experience of business or IT project management
• Experience with business management AI/software and of AI/software introduction such as ERP, accounting, HR, and/or payroll software
• Knowledge and/or experience in process optimization and process improvement reputed company the organization and/or external client projects
• Professional proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in both Japanese and English is required
• Logical/Critical Thinking Skills: Discover and stick to the critical issues to be solved. Sort out reputed company problems and organize it to be simpler explanations or information structures
• Project Management/Client Management: Coordinate and manage tasks under pressure. Influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership. Proactively resolve issues and drive project tasks reputed company. Manage multiple priorities and project timelines without requiring constant follow-up. Communicate project status, risks, and next steps proactively to managers, team members, and stakeholders
