[Remote] Senior Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly growing private global B2B fintech company on a mission to reshape the way businesses transact. The Senior Product Manager will own product launches and upgrades, analyze operational implications, and collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed specifications while managing communications with the technical team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational implications of new features, solutions, modifications, and existing processes reputed company our product for users and our back office
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and automations in the product
- Organize projects and tasks and effectively triage to manage competing priorities
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to reputed company details on specifications
- Collaborate with team members to create professional design specifications for reputed company projects sent to the technical team for production
- Manage communications with the technical team and reputed company the process end-to-end to ensure actual production matches the agreed-upon specifications
- Analyze data on usage to learn and prioritize
- Run A/B testing sequences
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, in finance, technology, or quantitative-centric fields (extra advantage for math, engineering, computer science, etc.)
- 5+ years in technical, problem‑solving roles such as product management or product‑focused software engineering with a track record of delivering analytical solutions
- Experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Fintech, or Business Consulting and prior involvement in strategy initiatives
- Intellectual curiosity - you are intrinsically driven to understand and solve the most difficult problems
- High growth startup experience a plus
