[Remote] Workplace Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- Establish standards and playbooks for consistent workplace experience across sites
Skills
- Proven experience in Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, or a similar strategic role
- Strong experience scaling office environments or supporting organisational growth
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from the ground up
- Experience managing reputed company vendor ecosystems and reputed company
- Solid understanding of facilities and building systems, including HVAC and compliance
- Strong financial acumen, including OPEX and CAPEX budget ownership
- Strategic reputed company with the ability to reputed company back from day-to-day execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership
- Experience managing multi-site or international office operations
