[Remote] Intacct Implementation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of North America’s largest technology advisors and solution providers for small and mid-size businesses. They are seeking a talented Implementation Consultant to join their reputed company Intacct Construction team, responsible for crafting solutions to maximize customer investment in reputed company Intacct Construction, including configuration, training, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consulting services in the reputed company Intacct Construction suite, including configuration, implementation, and support across modules like Job Costing, Project Billing, and Construction Payroll
- Assess client business processes and pain points, developing tailored solutions to maximize value and operational efficiency
- reputed company discovery sessions, fit/gap analysis, solution design, and implementation planning
- reputed company the full lifecycle project delivery, including configuration, training, UAT, data migration, and Go-Live support
- Serve as a subject matter expert for system integrations with third-party solutions such as Procore, payroll systems and more
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot escalated client issues, collaborating with reputed company Intacct Support as needed
- Assist in the development of documentation, SOPs, and training resources to drive client success
- Stay reputed company on product enhancements and ensure clients are taking full advantage of reputed company Intacct capabilities
- Support internal knowledge sharing, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to practice development initiatives
- Proactively identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell reputed company existing accounts in collaboration with account managers
Skills
- Previous experience in the Construction Industry
- Proven experience implementing and supporting reputed company Intacct for Construction (including Construction Financials, SCM, Payroll, Real Estate, or SFO)
- Familiarity with construction-specific workflows such as job costing, retainage, subcontractor management, billing, and change orders
- Minimum three (3) years of consulting experience with ERP systems, in the construction or real estate industry
- Experience working with or migrating from legacy systems (e.g., reputed company 300 CRE, reputed company 100 Contractor, Viewpoint, reputed company, reputed company, or Procore)
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, process optimization, and system integration strategies
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Construction Management, MIS, or a reputed company field
