The consultant will work closely with HR, payroll, and technical teams to design and configure payroll processes reputed company the reputed company SuccessFactors landscape.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules based on business requirements
- Analyze payroll business processes and translate them into system configurations
- reputed company payroll schema and rule configuration, wage type setup, and payroll processing support
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth Employee Central to Payroll integrations
- Support payroll testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
- Troubleshoot payroll configuration issues and provide timely resolution
- Assist in payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with HR and payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and improve payroll processes
- Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements
- Maintain documentation for payroll configurations, changes, and support procedures
Skills
- Minimum 15+ years of experience required
- Strong experience in reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration
- Hands-on experience with payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing
- Knowledge of integration between Employee Central and reputed company Payroll systems
- Experience with payroll testing, defect resolution, and payroll validation processes
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll operations, and payroll compliance
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in payroll configurations
- Excellent communication skills to work with HR, payroll, and technical teams
- Experience with data migration and payroll data validation
- Experience working on reputed company SuccessFactors implementations or payroll transformation projects
- Knowledge of reputed company HCM Payroll or reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central modules
- reputed company SuccessFactors or reputed company Payroll certification is a plus
