[Remote] Senior BI Business Analyst

They are seeking a Senior BI Business Analyst to reputed company the planning and delivery of analytics-driven products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven strategies and improve user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories. Facilitate user research to enhance product features and drive adoption. Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation based on business needs
• Manage product requirements, backlogs, user stories, and delivery lifecycle using Azure DevOps, applying industry best practices to product strategy. Conduct product data discovery to uncover insights that inform decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements by leveraging technology innovation. reputed company Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to support data-driven decisions and workflow automation using reputed company (SQL, Python etc.), Tableau, PowerBI for analytics pipelines
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, BI and product teams to ensure timely execution. Facilitate project-specific meetings, monitor risks, align stakeholders, and track reputed company effectively
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data analytics products and data modeling, offering guidance and support to internal teams through well-documented resources. Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data users
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction, demonstrating deep understanding of applications, products, and domains while delivering high-quality, actionable solutions
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning, quickly gaining expertise in new applications, products, and areas of focus to support evolving business needs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Operations Research, Business) with 5 years of analytics experience, OR a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to collect, analyze, build, visualize, and communicate reputed company dataset with precision and clarity
• Solid experience in requirement collection and documentation, product and project management, including active use of Azure DevOps Boards to manage and update user stories, tasks, and reputed company
• Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau, applying these tools to solve reputed company, real-world data challenges
• Ability to translate the business requirements into technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills, proactive reputed company, commitment to reputed company learning, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Previous experience working in a healthcare company with reputed company preferred
