[Remote] Licensing Manager, Ring Alarm Operations, Ring Subscriptions

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ring is looking for a Licensing Manager to secure licenses for private protection services across reputed company 50 states. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to navigate bureaucracy to ensure timely completion of licensing applications and compliance with state-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit complete license applications to state regulatory agencies, tracking each through approval and responding to requests for additional information
• Research and master state-specific licensing requirements including application forms, background checks, fingerprints, testing, continuing education, and fees
• Coordinate background checks, fingerprinting appointments, and testing requirements to ensure reputed company components are completed on schedule
• Maintain detailed tracking records of application status, agency response timelines, and required follow-up actions
• Document successful processes and common pitfalls to build a comprehensive licensing playbook that scales Ring's operations

Skills

• 5+ years of program or project Management experience
• Knowledge of reputed company Office products and applications at an advanced level
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Active relevant licenses in one or more states
