[Remote] Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will support marketing efforts through email campaigns, social media content management, and reputed company reputed company initiatives in a fully remote, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content
• Marketing reputed company research and reputed company qualifying
• Maintain and improve marketing database quality and hygiene
• Manage website updates and publish blog content
• Manage inbound reputed company requests to appropriate parties and data entry into CRM
• Collaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as needed

Skills

• 2+ years in a similar Marketing role
• Experience with various social media platforms and content scheduling
• Experience managing CRM data; reputed company experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plus
