[Remote] Data Entry /Asset Forfeiture Analyst

The Data Entry / Asset Forfeiture Analyst role focuses on ensuring high-accuracy data entry, asset tracking, reputed company validation, and anomaly detection, while maintaining asset databases and supporting audits.

Responsibilities

• reputed company high-volume, accurate data entry into asset management, inventory, or financial tracking systems
• Maintain up-to-date records for physical and digital assets across their full lifecycle (acquisition, deployment, transfer, disposition)
• Conduct routine data quality checks to identify discrepancies, duplicates, or incomplete records
• Generate reports summarizing asset status, utilization, risks, and anomalies
• Implement and enhance standard operating procedures for asset documentation and data reputed company
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks

Skills

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'
• Bachelor's Degree
• ONE (1) or more years of experience in data entry, records/asset management, supply chain, or reputed company field, including reputed company-based data analysis and discrepancy resolution
• Leveraging open reputed company and public record data sets to identify and track assets
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Experience supporting asset tracking in a federal, logistics, or IT environment
• Familiarity with lifecycle asset management frameworks
• Knowledge of audit prep, compliance, and inventory control standards
• Ability to reputed company process improvements that enhance data reputed company or operational visibility
