The Project Manager for MHPI reputed company Force is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of renovation and capital projects reputed company the reputed company Force housing portfolio, managing project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of renovation and capital projects reputed company the reputed company Force housing portfolio
- Managing project scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and reputed company Force partners
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Developing project plans, monitoring reputed company, and resolving issues
- Managing RFIs and change orders, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
- Overseeing inspections and ensuring that materials and equipment are procured and delivered on time
- Supporting logistics for on-site activities
- Communicating project status to stakeholders, mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of safety
- Contributing to reputed company improvement in project delivery
Skills
- Strong project leadership and coordination capabilities, including Project Management skills for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, including quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes and contractual standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate vendors, workforce, equipment, and site activities across multiple reputed company projects
- Experience managing construction, renovation, or capital improvement projects; MHPI or military housing experience is highly beneficial
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office; familiarity with construction management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience
